Mobile Permanent Makeup Artist or Home Visits
Can a permanent makeup artist come to your home to provide services? I have a client who used to call a permanent makeup artist that made house visits. The procedure was completed on her reclining chair in the living room. The set up was quick and afterwards, the Permanent Makeup artist would pack up and leave. In the state of California this is illegal, NOT ALLOWED. Permanent Makeup Artists' offices are regulated by the County Health Services. We are required to act in accordance with OSHA guidelines and our office is annually inspected by the Health Department. Our office has specific requirements and guidelines. The objective is to minimize or eliminate cross contamination of blood borne pathogens. It is illegal to conduct business outside our office in the state of California.
