In the state of California this is illegal.  Permanent Makeup Artists are regulated by the County Health Services .  We are required to act in accordance within  OSHA guidelines and our office is annually inspected by the County Health Department.  They have specific requirements and guidelines for each practitioner and workspace.  The objective is to minimize cross contamination of blood borne pathogens .  It is illegal to conduct business outside our office in the state of California.
