 There comes a moment for a lot of us when the mirror starts telling a different story. Maybe it’s the hairline creeping back, maybe it’s the brows thinning out or disappearing in patches. It can hit hard at first. You notice it under harsh bathroom lights or in a photo someone took without warning, and suddenly you’re thinking about age, stress, hormones, or whether something more specific like alopecia or even trichotillomania is at play.  Eyebrows are a bit like fashion trends: dramatic, unpredictable, and occasionally questionable in hindsight.
